Bonus Terms and Conditions

These Bonus Terms and Conditions explain how casino bonuses, promotional offers, free spins, VIP rewards and other bonus-related benefits may be used. By accepting any bonus, the player agrees to follow these rules together with the general Terms and Conditions of the Casino.

General Bonus Rules

All bonus offers are limited to one bonus per player. This restriction also applies to the player’s family, household, home address, email address, IP address, phone number, account number, payment card, e-wallet, payment system account and electronic device.

All dates and times connected with bonuses and promotions are shown in UTC unless another time zone is clearly stated in the specific offer.

Bonuses may be unavailable in certain countries or regions. Players from Sweden are not allowed to receive any bonuses, promotional rewards, VIP benefits or comp point exchanges. Welcome package bonuses and no deposit free spins are also unavailable to players from Finland, except where VIP bonus rules state otherwise.

Bonus Abuse

The Casino does not allow players to misuse bonuses, promotions or free spin offers. If bonus abuse is detected, the Casino may stop the player from receiving future bonuses and may cancel winnings received through bonus funds.

Players are not allowed to use betting systems, delayed rounds, artificial gameplay patterns or any other strategy created mainly to complete wagering requirements and gain a bonus advantage. If the Casino has reasonable grounds to believe that a player used such methods, bonus winnings may be cancelled.

Bonus Limits

Each bonus may include a minimum deposit requirement, maximum bonus amount, wagering requirement, maximum allowed bet, validity period and other specific conditions. These rules may differ depending on the offer.

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the maximum amount that can be won from any bonus is 1,000 EUR or the equivalent in another currency. This rule also applies to manually issued bonuses, VIP rewards, customer service bonuses and offers with zero wagering requirements.

Maximum Bet While Using a Bonus

While wagering any active bonus, the maximum allowed bet is limited to the following amounts unless the specific bonus rules state another limit:

The maximum bet rule includes ordinary game rounds, doubled bets, purchased bonus rounds and any other feature that increases the amount risked during bonus play.

Bonus Balance Cancellation

An active bonus may be cancelled automatically if the bonus-related balance reaches the following amount or less:

This rule applies only to funds connected with an active bonus, including deposit plus bonus funds or no deposit bonus funds. It does not apply to unrelated real-money balances from other deposits or separate bonuses.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus winnings become available for withdrawal only after all wagering requirements have been completed. Unless the bonus rules clearly state otherwise, all bonuses must be wagered before any related funds can be withdrawn.

All bonuses are non-sticky. This means that withdrawals cannot be requested while wagering requirements remain active. Real-money funds are used first, then bonus funds. If the bonus balance is lost, the bonus is also removed.

Bonus Validity

Unless another period is stated in the specific promotion, a bonus remains valid for 14 days from the moment it is credited to the player’s account.

If the bonus expires before wagering requirements are completed, the remaining bonus funds and any related winnings may be cancelled.

Bonus Cancellation and Refusal

A player may cancel a bonus before completing wagering requirements. If the bonus is cancelled before it is used, the player’s own funds are not affected.

Only one bonus can be active at a time. Deposit bonuses cannot be combined with each other unless the promotion clearly allows it.

A player may refuse any bonus offered by the Casino.

Prohibited Bonus Play

Players must not delay game rounds, free spin features or bonus features until wagering requirements are completed. Starting new deposits while unfinished bonus rounds or free spin features remain available in a game is also not allowed.

The following actions may be considered bonus abuse:

  • Placing maximum allowed bets on high-volatility games only to increase the balance quickly.
  • Reducing the stake after a large win and switching to low-volatility games.
  • Keeping a deposit-to-bonus ratio where bonuses form more than 50 percent of the player’s activity.
  • Using bonus funds only to progress toward a bonus feature and then completing the final stage with real-money bets.
  • Collecting most of a feature requirement with bonus funds and finishing it later after the bonus has been lost, forfeited or converted.

If the Casino detects this type of play, winnings connected with such activity may be voided.

Game Contribution to Wagering

Not every game contributes to bonus wagering in the same way. Slots usually contribute 100 percent of the bet amount unless the game is restricted or listed as excluded from bonus play.

Table games, roulette and video poker usually contribute 25 percent of the bet amount toward wagering requirements.

Live dealer games do not contribute to wagering requirements.

Restricted Games

Some games are not available for bonus play. Restricted titles may include selected slots, jackpot games, table games, video poker, roulette, Plinko games and other products listed in the specific bonus rules.

All jackpot slots are excluded from bonus play unless the Casino states otherwise. All Plinko games are also restricted, except BGaming’s Plinko where specifically allowed.

If a restricted game is used with bonus funds, any winnings from that play may be removed.

Withdrawal Checks

When a player requests a withdrawal after using bonus funds, the Casino may check the gameplay history before processing the payment.

The Casino may also ask the player to confirm personal details, identity documents and payment method ownership as part of the review.

No Deposit Bonuses and Free Spins

If a player receives a no deposit bonus or no deposit free spins before making a first deposit, winnings from that bonus may be limited to 100 USD, 100 EUR or the equivalent in another currency.

Any winnings above this limit may be removed. A deposit may be required before any withdrawal is processed.

KYC Verification

The Casino may request Know Your Customer verification before approving withdrawals, especially when bonus winnings are involved.

Verification documents may include:

  • A government-issued identity document.
  • A passport.
  • A driver’s license.
  • A document with the player’s photo.
  • Proof of address, such as a utility bill not older than three months.

Violation of Bonus Rules

The Casino may revoke bonuses, cancel winnings or confiscate funds if they were received dishonestly, through abuse, through prohibited play or in violation of these Bonus Terms and Conditions.

Changes to Bonus Terms

The Casino reserves the right to update, change or add to these Bonus Terms and Conditions at any time. Players should review the current rules before claiming or using any bonus.
